Transverse Slicer
This machine is suitable for the clean and uniform crosscut slicing of elongated products with a maximum diameter of 90 mm. The knives of the cutting wheel are gently angled to maintain the advance of the product while being cut and to guarantee only a minimum of cell damage.

Applications: carrots, leek, celery, cucumber, gherkins, rhubarb, courgettes, red beets, peppers, chicory, potatoes, tomatoes and fragile leafy vegetables like endive, iceberg lettuce, etc.

Cut Size: from 1.6 mm up to 40 mm (1/16 - 1.1/2"), both flat and crinkle cut slices.

Capacity: between 600 and 3,000 kg/hour
