The FAM STD-3D is a rugged, heavy duty, high capacity machine, that is esigned for cutting hard products in slices, strips and dices in smaller sizes with a diameter up to 135 mm.

Applications: onions, carrots, cucumber, potatoes, peppers, eggplant, beet, mushrooms

Cut Size: First cut: slices, adjustable slicing thickness of 2 up to 127 mm (3/32 - 1/2")
Second cut: strips (with circular knives): 3.1 up to 19.05 mm (1/8 - 3/4")
Third cut: dices (with crosscut knives): 3.1 up to 38.1 mm (1/8 - 1.1/2")
