Leaf Vegetable Dicer
The LVD-2D is a two-dimensional belt-fed dicer, which produces dices and strips from various pro-ducts with a minimum of fines. Product of predeter-mined thickness is moved through the feed roll into the circular knives where it is cut in strips and fur-ther cut into cubes or reduced in length by means of the crosscut knives.

Applications: peppers, spinach, citrus peel, leek rings, parsley, bread, figs, dates, leafy vegetables

Cut Size: Circular knives from 3mm up to 50 mm (1/8 - 2")
Crosscut knives from 3 mm to 80 mm (1/8 - 3")

Capacity: depending on application and belt speed between 600 and 3,000 kg/hour

For cutting cooked, frozen and/or tempered meat and poultry products FAM models SMD-2D and PMD-2D are available.
