IN LINE CUTTER
This heavy-duty, high capacity slicer, strip-cutter, dicer is capable
of the widest dice size range and product type range. Both soft,
delicate to cut products such as tomatoes, peppers, peaches, and
hard tuberous and root vegetables up to a maximal diameter of 225
mm(9") without precutting, can be processed with better quality
and yield. The ILC-3D will produce perfectly uniform Julienne-strips
and baton sticks from carrots, root celery, etc.
A variable frequency drive is standard to give the best possible
cut on any product. The ILC-3D can be placed into most existing
infeed systems without major changes. Easy access and cleaning possibilities.
Applications: cabbage for coleslaw production, root celery,
carrots eggplant, peppers, melon, onions, potatoes, apples, pears,
cucumbers, tomatoes
Cut Size: First cut: Slices, adjustable slicing thickness
of 2 up to 28 mm (3/32" - 1.1/8")
Second cut: Strips (with circular knives): 3 up to 40 mm (1/8-1.1/2")
Third cut: Dices (with crosscut knives): 6 up to 60 mm (1/4-2.1/4")
Cust Shapes: Straight + crinkle cut
Capacity: 600-1,000 kg per 1 mm slice thickness per hour,
depending on product application.
