Flottweg supplies belt-press systems for cider
production and medium sized fruit-juice production facilities. The
company also designs complete fruit- processing lies for extracting
superior juices and concentrates. The two-stage Flottweg belt-press
process with leaching in intermediate tanks (see Fig.) is essential
for quality and efficiency of these systems. Utilizing most advanced
technologies, yields of up to 92% with throughput capacities of
40 t/h maximum can be achieved.
