The Bag-in-Box closure system meets the following requirements:

  • Maximum diameter 30 millimetres (1.18 inch)
  • Maximum height up to 48 millimetres (1.9 inch)
  • Maximum height up to 48 millimetres (1.9 inch)
  • Closure may be put into the bag spout to a maximum of 17 millimeters (0.66 inch)
  • Special closure can be used
  • Several types of bag closure can be used
