A golden crispy coconut roll cutter was designed and constructed by using local materials. It is able to cut a golden crispy coconut roll into equal pieces, 60 pieces/minute. The machine composes of an inlet tray, a feeder, two saw blades with a diameter of three inches, a DC motor of 12 volts or 24 volts, with a revolving velocity of 100 rounds/minute. The length of golden crispy coconut rolls to cut can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the two saw blades. The cut coconut rolls will be released and fall on an outlet tray.

      For a continuous production line, a coconut roll cutter may be placed next to a receiving tray of a coconut roller machine. The coconut roll cutter can tremendously cut down human labor, maintain the consistency of product quality, and reduce the damage of the product itself.
